Made-to-Order Products

All FAITH & LIGHT products are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and prepared for fulfillment.

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for a change of mind once production has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request based on the production status of your order.

Production & Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase, including production and shipping.

Delivery estimates may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If we are unable to fulfill your order within the agreed timeframe, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Product Appearance & Variations

Some product photos and videos displayed on our website may be AI-enhanced or digitally created for illustrative purposes.

The actual product may have slight variations in color, lighting appearance, finish, and decorative details.

These minor differences do not necessarily indicate a product defect. However, the product you receive should substantially match the description and the design you ordered.

We will not substitute a different product, design, or size without your agreement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been resolved.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, change of mind, or an incorrect selection made by the customer once production has begun.

This does not affect your rights or remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products under applicable law.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included in the advertised product price where our Free Shipping offer applies.

Any refund of shipping-related charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
